Welcome to Ajeet Packers and Movers. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any relocation or transport services.
Our services include house shifting, office relocation, vehicle transportation, packing & unpacking, warehouse storage, and other moving-related activities as agreed upon. The scope of work will be confirmed through a written quotation or agreement.
All bookings must be made in advance.
Confirmation of service will be provided after receipt of necessary details and advance payment (if applicable).
Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.
Payment must be made as per the agreed quotation.
Full or part advance may be required to confirm your booking.
Final payment is due immediately after service completion.
GST and other applicable taxes will be charged extra as per government regulations.
Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the service date will be eligible for a refund after deducting administrative charges.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service date are non-refundable.
In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.), refunds or rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
We take utmost care in handling your belongings. However, Ajeet Packers and Movers will not be responsible for damages caused due to improper packing by customers, natural disasters, accidents beyond our control, or loss of valuable items not declared in writing.
Valuable items like jewelry, cash, important documents, etc., must not be included in the shifting consignment.
Transit insurance is available at additional cost for your belongings.
Insurance claims, if applicable, are subject to approval by the insurance company as per their terms.
Customers must declare all fragile or high-value items in advance.
Accurate address details and access information must be provided.
Ensure availability of authorized persons at the pickup and delivery locations.
We strive to deliver on time, but delays due to traffic, weather, vehicle breakdowns, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
In such cases, customers will be informed promptly.
All disputes arising out of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
Ajeet Packers and Movers reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be available on our website.
